Terms and Conditions

We offer digital marketing services including (but not limited to) SEO, social media management, content creation, PPC advertising, video production, website design & development, AI automation, and SNDK CRM.

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access to facilitate services. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts as needed to support our work.

All fees are as outlined in our proposal/contract and must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Payment delays may lead to service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in the Refund Policy.

Content, designs, or creatives developed by us remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for the intended business purpose. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of our work is prohibited.

Both parties commit to keeping confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.

Either party may terminate with written notice. Clients are liable for payments up to the termination date for services rendered.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, or from third-party platforms that we assist with.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
